Job Overview:
Alexis Fiscal Advisory is seeking a Virtual Chat Assistant to provide real-time support to clients through live chat. You will assist with financial inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general customer service while ensuring an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients via live chat, responding to financial service inquiries.
Provide basic guidance on fiscal advisory services (tax planning, budgeting, financial consulting).
Assist with appointment scheduling and general administrative tasks.
Direct complex financial queries to the appropriate advisors.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
Ensure prompt and professional communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or financial services preferred.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Knowledge of basic financial terminology is a plus.
Proficiency in using live chat software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
