Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage Airbnb listings, including updating listing information, pricing, and availability
Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests throughout their stay
Coordinate check-in and check-out processes
Handle any guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively
Provide recommendations to guests for local activities, attractions, and restaurants
Ensure that the Airbnb listings meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
Monitor and manage guest reviews and ratings
Disputing reviews with Airbnb through understanding and referencing their Review Policy
Initiating and tracking claims and resolutions through AirCover, Resolution Center, or other coverage plans
Inventory management which includes purchasing items needed for the business
Financial reporting for clients monthly
Invoicing clients and tracking invoices to make sure they are paid
Use of AI to create more effective systems and processes for operations & growth
Communicate with cleaners to make sure properties are completed and pictures are provided, report all supplies needed to management
Assist in marketing efforts including but not limited to: Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Google Ads, Lead Generation, Ads Optimization
Assisting in the continual growth of our business
*Requirements**
Clear & effective communicator speaking & writing in English
Must be able to follow simple & detailed instructions
Must have a flexible schedule
Go getter & problem-solving work ethic
Prior experience with Airbnb or other short term rental business preferred**
Familiar with OpenAI and various GPTs
