The Viewpoint Vista Software Consultant is responsible for managing Viewpoint Vista software consulting engagements with our clients. This will include the setup of new clients, as well as support for existing clients. This position serves as liaison between the company and the client in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met and that projects are successfully completed.

Knowledge of Viewpoint Vista is an absolute must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Analyze customers’ business requirements and objectives; develop a project design to meet customers’ implementation needs.
• Estimate time frames, quality, and quantity of resources required to successfully implement the project; develop project plan incorporating all project variables
• Manage project documentation
• Provide consulting services related to the use of software applications such as business process review, planning sessions, setup, testing, readiness assessment, data import/conversion, custom report needs, and documentation
• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of the Viewpoint Software package and remain an expert. Perform proper due diligence while analyzing the client’s challenges and needs of the software.
• Interact directly with clients of all knowledge levels, and at any level in their organization
• Mentor other consultants
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Accounting
• Subject matter expertise in accounting principles and practices (e.g., payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, purchase orders, general ledger) and construction project management (e.g., project set-up via an estimate, project buy-out, project documents, project change orders, job costing, job billing)
• Seven years of software consulting experience
• Knowledge of Viewpoint Vista is an absolute must.
• Client management experience
• Microsoft Office experience
• Experience working with application developers
• Current state-issued driver’s license and proof of insurance
