THE ROLE

What You’ll Do
• You will be working on Designing & Developing next-gen financial software solutions using modern frameworks and technologies
• You’ll be experimenting & Innovating with AI, cloud computing, and emerging tech to create breakthrough applications
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and product visionaries
• Rapid Prototype & Iterate – bring ideas to life fast, test them, and refine based on real feedback
• Optimize for Performance – ensure security, scalability, and speed for enterprise-grade applications

Stay Ahead – continuously research and adopt new tech trends to keep us ahead of the curve
• What You Bring
• A Technical proficiency in languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, C++/ Go, or similar with an understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• We’re a Figma shop when it comes to delivering detailed designs to development so experience of this would be amazing.
• You will be exposed to React / React native, native iOS and Android development frameworks, cloud-based computing principles.
• Cloud & DevOps Mindset – Experience with AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures
• Fintech Passion – Understanding of financial services, payments, or digital banking is a huge plus
• Creative Problem-Solver – You think outside the box and thrive in an environment of rapid innovation
• Agility & Curiosity – Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pivots, and constantly learning new things
