We are seeking an experienced Senior Collections Specialist to manage late-stage collections for student accounts with outstanding balances. This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in collections, particularly in late-stage recovery efforts. The ideal candidate has excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of debt collection regulations, and the ability to handle complex collection scenarios with professionalism and tact.
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee late-stage collections for student accounts with delinquent balances.
? Contact borrowers through various communication channels to secure payment arrangements.
? Negotiate settlements and payment plans while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
? Investigate and resolve disputes related to outstanding debts.

Qualifications:
