Make an Impact
We’re looking for a sharp Promotions Copywriter to concept and develop engaging omni-channel promotional and brand messaging for Fossil, Skagen and Watch Station. The right candidate will be an energetic self-starter who loves to brainstorm ideas and wordsmith concepts until they’re simple, powerful and resonant.
Your Role:
• Oversee the promotional messaging for Fossil, Skagen and Watch Station to drive engagement and conversion.
• Innovate new content and refresh promotional materials to improve competitive advantage. Have a deep understanding of the most current and effective promotional language within the retail landscape.
• Partner with cross-functional marketing and design teams to develop omnichannel assets on direct-to-consumer channels, including but not limited to: store, email, website, paid media, SEO and special brand initiatives.
• Amend, revise or redevelop copy in response to feedback from stakeholders swiftly and with a positive, solution-driven attitude.
• Proofread, review and edit materials for accurate use of grammar, brand voice and technical accuracy, making note of in-house style guidelines across multiple brands.
• Collaborate closely with copy team members, art directors and designers to ensure consistency of brand copy tone and style with visual tone and style.
• Complete all assigned work on time, providing regular status updates to manager.

Your Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, or other related field is highly desired.
• 2-5 years of professional writing experience is essential and required.
• Multiple brand, agency or fashion retail industry experience is highly desired.
• Strong command of English; proficiency with a variety of writing styles is required.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with Workfront is a plus, but not required.
• Great creativity and conceptual thinking is a must.
• Portfolio or blog site required for interview consideration.
• Candidates will be asked to complete a copy project in consideration for this opportunity.

The pay range for this role is $60,000 – $80,000. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including skills, experience and location.
