Duties
– Engage with customers via online chat to provide support and answer inquiries
– Utilize proper phone etiquette in written communication
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Assist customers in multiple languages, including Spanish if bilingual
– Provide client services and sales support through chat interactions
Qualifications
– Proficient in written communication
– Ability to multitask and navigate between different chat conversations
– Experience in customer support or a similar role is beneficial
– Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.10 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
