Responsibilities:
? Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
? Develop sales strategies and plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
? Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
? Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

? Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.

? Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
? Prior experience with technical product manufacturer
? Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
? Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
