As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for strategically executing, leading and managing all aspects of the Endo BU sales training courses. You will be a subject matter expert on Endoscopys market leading advanced surgical visualization portfolio, serving to provide new sales professionals with product knowledge and clinical applications of our advanced SPY imaging technologies. The Sales Enablement Manager will collaborate with their sales enablement counterparts, sales leaders, marketing, and cross-functional partners to develop and execute comprehensive and tailored education to support the needs of new hires as well as experienced sales professionals.

What you will do:
Benchmark education and training activities to determine best practices
Assess learning effectiveness and develop new methods to increase program impact
Demonstrate collaboration with broader Education/ product marketing/sales enablement peers
Lead the project management of sales education programs
Proactively develop new education platforms by analyzing business needs, budget and priorities
Develop and analyze metrics for sales education programs and platforms to drive accelerated learning
Manage Sales Education offering in accordance with P&L requirement
Manage network as well as develop up and coming thought leaders
Direct and advise business partners to execute the divisional sales education strategy and programs
Articulate communication strategy based on impact of media channels
Define sales education communication strategy and desired outcome
What you need:
Bachelors degree required
8+ years of professional work experience required
Previous sales experience preferred
5+ years medical device or marketing or sales experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
$127,400 – $210,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
