This position will be responsible for strengthening and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure that their business travel needs are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client management, business travel, and/or hospitality. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their business travel needs are met.
Lead client meetings to foster collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and complaints.
Develop strategic plans and creative solutions to address client needs.
Monitor client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
Track and analyze customer data to better understand their needs.
Manage customer relationships through the entire customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer loyalty and retention.
Remain up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
