Job Description

We are currently seeking a Live Chat Representative with strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer support. This is a full-time remote position offering competitive pay, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide real-time support to clients and candidates via live chat
• Respond promptly to inquiries about job openings, applications, and company services
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently with empathy and professionalism

• Maintain knowledge of company services, procedures, and compliance policies
• Deliver a positive and helpful experience in every interaction

Required Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat, or call center roles
• Excellent written communication and typing skills
• Proficient in MS Office and chat software tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat)
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
