Job Description

Responsibilities:
Provide real-time support to clients and candidates via live chat
Respond promptly to inquiries about job openings, applications, and company services
Resolve customer concerns efficiently with empathy and professionalism
Accurately document conversations and update internal systems
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of company services, procedures, and compliance policies
Deliver a positive and helpful experience in every interaction
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
1-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat, or call center roles
Excellent written communication and typing skills
Proficient in MS Office and chat software tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, LiveChat)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
