Job Description
As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through our online chat platform. You will promptly and professionally assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information. This position is part-time and offers a competitive salary range of $23 to $30 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through live chat
Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues
Offer product recommendations and assist with purchases
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1+ years of customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in typing and computer skills
