A law firm is seeking an experienced and dedicated Insurance Defense Attorney to join their team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation and will manage a diverse caseload, represent clients in court, and provide legal advice on insurance matters. Duties:
Represent clients in all stages of insurance defense litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on insurance defense matters.
Provide clients with comprehensive legal advice and guidance on insurance claims, coverage issues, and liability.
Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and legal professionals.
Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to insurance defense.
Requirements:
2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
Proven track record of handling insurance defense cases.
Strong understanding of insurance law and legal procedures.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
