The Certified Nursing Assistant receives specialized training to effectively carry out personal care duties for patients at their homes, under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities
? Support guests or patients as they are admitted, transferred, or discharged. Maintain routine checks to verify that their personal care necessities are being fulfilled as per their desires and the designated care regimen.
? Monitor the care plans consistently to identify any adjustments in the daily care routine for the resident.

Qualifications
? A CNA license is a mandatory requirement that must be met before starting employment.
? Having an active CPR certification and fingerprint clearance card is a prerequisite.
? Candidates with at least six months of experience as a CNA/LNA are given preference.
? Recent first-hand experience in long-term care facilities or skilled nursing centers, as well as transitional rehabilitation settings
? LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
