?? These is a heavy Customer Service and Customer Interaction position. We?ve been named Best Bakery in the Florida and were a top contender for Best of Bay in Brunch. We need people that take pride in that, celebrating the company they represent with their best work. ?? We are looking for an outgoing, upbeat, people-person who works well under pressure (we get very long lines) and who understands how to provide experiences, not simple transactions.?? Applicants must be 16 years of age and must have open availability at least 4 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday. We are open year round so availability during our busiest times is a must!?? Quality and consistency are of the highest priority to us. You must have a good work ethic and take pride in the interactions and experiences you help create. Our Front of House team is the face of Andy?s, so your personality should reflect someone that knows how to create a good interaction for our customers.REQUIREMENTSExperience: Customer Service and Cash Handling Experience a plus!Availability: Must have open availability at least 4 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. We are closed major holidays, but availability in the days leading up to the holiday is a must.Reasoning Ability: Identify problems, gather relevant data, and note possible causes of the issues related to customer service issues. Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives, and reach conclusions based on evidence. Take action beyond what is necessarily called for. Perform under pressure and/or opposition. Follow and respect company policies and procedures.Personal Skills: Possess excellent communication skills with co-workers and management. Establish and meet goals, budget time, and set priorities to achieve desired objectives.Language Ability: Ability to speak and understand English, listen effectively, and respond clearly and directly. Bi-Lingual or Multi-Lingual a plus!Math Ability: Perform basic calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
