Job Description
The warm, welcoming team at Adirondack Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, LCSW, is seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual therapy to adults and children ages 8+. This position is fully remote, Monday through Friday, 8:30a-4:30p, for an LMSW or LCSW who resides in NYS.
At our practice, we offer office-based therapy, walk-and-talk sessions on the farm, equine assisted psychotherapy, and remote therapy via phone and video.

Schedule: Weekdays, 8:30a-4:30p, 37.5 hours per week.

Caseload of about 40 clients

Intuitive online charting through EHR, utilizing templates provided
Covered under professional liability policy for professional interactions with Employer’s clients

Support provided by admin and supervisory staff, with a comprehensive Policies and Procedures manual to consult independently
Full-time W2 position
Responsibilities:
Conduct mental health therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
Assess patient needs, develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records following HIPAA , licensing, and insurance guidelines.
Collaborate with community/medical resources as needed for patient intake and clinical care
Utilize premium skills and evidence-based models of therapy for effective patient care.
Stay updated on best practices and research in the field to enhance therapy outcomes.
Maintain licensing requirements and maintain active licensure.
Additional Details:
Minimum Master’s level valid, current New York State license (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, etc)
Must reside in NYS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,500.00 – $72,150.00 per year
