Full-Time/ New Business Development Manager – Remote

Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly performance objectives
Prospect new client opportunities & warm leads provided
Social media networking
Structuring, developing, and managing a sales pipeline within Hubspot from prospecting to closing new business
Virtual sales presentations and demos via video conferencing
Host screen share meetings with clients, 80% of the time
Face-to-face meetings with clients, 20% of the time
Managing prospects and a sales pipeline
Communicate well with the team
Relationship and rapport building
Ability to close sales
Light travel required
Skills youd need
2-5 years inside sales experience required with agency experience
Must be experienced selling digital marketing (Websites, SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)and Mass Media (Radio, TV, Billboards, etc)
Experience selling solutions over the phone and in-person
Experience with travel and working remotely
B2B sales experience required
Track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas
Willingness and desire to constantly improve professionally
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of communication channel operations (phone, email, and live chat systems)
Proficiency with Excel and Word
Practical skill level with CRM software
Extremely curious, competitive, ambitious, outgoing and persistent
Experience working and succeeding in a quota, goal-driven environment
Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with clients
Listens patiently, consultative-ly; will probe and clarify to get a real sense of clients needs
Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
