As a Leadership & Personal Development Consultant, you’ll:
? Inspire and guide individuals through growth-focused programs and conversations
? Leverage your HR experience to support others in navigating meaningful change

? Connect with purpose-led clients using authentic marketing strategies (training provided)
? Facilitate discovery conversations that help others find clarity and direction

We?re looking for senior-level professionals who are:
? Experienced in HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or People Leadership (typically 15+ years)
