Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team! This role is critical in structuring deals, securing financing approvals, and ensuring smooth transactions for our valued customers.
ð¹ Key Responsibilities:
â Maximize profitability by structuring deals effectively
â Submit deals to lenders and secure prompt approvals
â Close deals efficiently while ensuring a seamless customer experience
â Prepare complete and accurate deal packages with proper documentation
â Ensure timely funding of all contracts
â Follow company policies and compliance regulations in all financing processes
ð¹ Qualifications:
âï¸ Experience in Marine, RV or Automotive F&I management preferred
âï¸ Strong knowledge of finance and insurance processes
âï¸ Excellent negotiation and closing skills
âï¸ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
âï¸ Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
