Job Description:
This job is responsible for facilitating, managing, and originating client/prospect opportunities across a Line of Business (LOB), connecting the Global Commercial Bank, Investment Bank, and Global Wealth Management teams to deliver the full suite of enterprise products and services. Key responsibilities include having an extensive knowledge and understanding of these LOBs and their offerings to cultivate relationships and build target strategies to grow market share.
Responsibilities:
Maintains a deep understanding and knowledge of the products and offerings for Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management Line of Business (LOB) platforms
Develops and executes sales strategies, pipeline routines, and reporting for specific LOBs and presents results and the local market’s scorecard to senior leadership
Oversees the referral process and systems related to the Commercial, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management LOBs
Manages client interactions, represents the bank, and recommends the best course of action for clients while abiding to all regulatory requirements
Cultivates internal and external relationships with leadership, advisors, relationship managers, and clients/prospects

10+ years experience in banking, finance or wealth management
Desired:
Series 7 and 66. Will be required to attain within 120 days.
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$115,500.00 – $167,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
