Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Call Center Associate for a well-established company. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and have a passion for sales. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, assist them in finding the best services, and maximize sales opportunitiesall while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls and collect contact information.
Establish a strong connection with customers to identify and anticipate service needs.
Promote additional services and special offers tailored to customer preferences.
Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers.
Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve shared sales goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales functions preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Strong phone etiquette and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
1+ year of sales experience.
Ability to quickly learn and match customer needs to service solutions.
Availability to work scheduled shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
Must be located in Houston, TX.
