Location: Remote

Job Type: 3 month internship, potential for longer

Part-time; approximately 10-12 hrs/week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Data Entry Intern to join our team. This role will be responsible for updating spreadsheets, completing order adjustments, and accurately entering, updating, and managing data. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately inputting data from various sources
• Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data entries
• Verifying data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
• Assisting in generating reports and extracting relevant data
• Update Spreadsheets for production orders to ensure order accuracy
• Identify incorrect order amounts and create reports to support in order correction
• Complete order adjustments as needed
• Transfer Purchase Orders into data that will support production planning
• Transfer Purchase Orders received from customers into data entry system
• Support additional Purchase order processing including updating spreadsheets, customer order dates and verification of order accuracy

Job Requirements:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Strong organizational skills are needed to manage and maintain data effectively
• The ability to identify and resolve issues related to data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
