The shift for this position:
Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4pm
Responsibilities:
Manage high volume of incoming calls, emails, and text message inquiries from customers
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
Assist customers with order placement and scheduling
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or obtain feedback
Process orders, refunds, and returns efficiently with attention to detail
Communicating with customers, answering calls and emails to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Prepare and email estimates
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role is required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using Windows, email, and creating and emailing PDF estimates and documents
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
