## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. ## Duties – Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries – Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately – Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests and sales leads – Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions – Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services – Assist with sales inquiries and process orders efficiently ## Skills – Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus – Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written – Experience in data entry and CRM systems… preferred – Ability to analyze customer information to provide personalized solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.50 – $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
