Position: (CSR)- Customer Service Representative – Hybrid / Remote Position within the Mountain Time Zone
Office Location: Queen Creek, Arizona
Schedule: Part-time – Sunday through Wednesday, 11am to 8pm. Off Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with inquiries and schedule service appointments
– Provide product and service information with a friendly and professional attitude
– Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
– Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
– Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
– Previous customer service experience preferred- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software- ServiceTitan
