Strategies for Landing a Job
HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:
A valid Class A CDL is a prerequisite for the position
To fulfill the criteria, one needs to have reached the age of 21 or above
It is mandatory to have a driving record free of any traffic violations for safe driving.
The expectation is that you have not exceeded six job changes in the last three years
You must have at least four months of driving practice to be eligible for this role
Truck driving experience for at least a year is preferred, but it is not a requirement
Compulsory background screening is part of the process
A negative drug test result is mandatory
The result from the Clean Clearinghouse is a mandatory requirement
Required: For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. System Transport will test this during orientation, and flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads. (this is required)
