Responsibilities
Determine coverage for claims

Assess liability to identify who is at fault for damages

Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses

Partner with appraisers and estimators to manage vehicle repairs

Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims
Requirements
Three years of relevant work experience

Bachelor’s degree
,
Two years of relevant work experience and an associate degree
