Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with website visitors via live chat, addressing inquiries about content, products, and services.?
Provide accurate information and assist users in navigating the website.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex queries when necessary.?

Collaborate with content creators and the support team to enhance user satisfaction.?
