About the job Call Center Agent (100% Remote) **US ONLY**
JOB OVERVIEW:
Customer Care Representative Full-Time
Reports to Customer Care Team Lead
100% Remotework from home!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customers’ inquiries with exceptional customer service skills (with an opportunity to be trained on all of our responsive channels depending on volume needs)
Delivers quality customer satisfaction with every contact
Meets key individual productivity metrics in line with department goals
Displays understanding and follow through with policies and guidelines
Communicate to management regarding issues
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fast typing speed (at least 50 wpm or above)
Tech-savvy and a fast learner
Customer-focused
Ability to work under stress to achieve targets
Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus
College degree or equivalent preferred
EQUIPMENT, INTERNET AND WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:
A desktop or laptop (2015 or newer, Mac or PC)
A voice-capable headset, and a webcam to carry out training and work duties.
Access to high-speed internet with hardwired (ethernet) capability (at least 100 Mbps download speed) with no latency when handling contacts, and communicating with peers/managers via Slack or Zoom.
A (non-public) dedicated workspace that is free from noise or distraction
