Conduct case management activities: The Analyst will be responsible for conducting case management activities, including assessing member needs, developing care plans, coordinating services, and monitoring progress.

Ensure quality care delivery: The Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of quality care to Aetna members by closely monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans and services.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals: This role will require the Analyst to collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to develop and implement effective care plans for Aetna members.

Provide support to members: The Analyst will be responsible for providing support and guidance to Aetna members, helping them understand their healthcare options and connecting them with appropriate resources.

Maintain accurate records: The Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions, care plans, and services provided, in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Stay informed on industry trends: The Analyst will be expected to stay informed on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies and regulations, and adjust case management practices accordingly.

Participate in team meetings: This role will require the Analyst to participate in team meetings to discuss member cases, share best practices, and identify areas for improvement.

Adhere to company policies: The Analyst will be expected to adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and confidentiality guidelines, while carrying out their job responsibilities.

Meet productivity and quality metrics: The Analyst will be responsible for meeting productivity and quality metrics set by the company, and continuously strive to improve performance.

Work collaboratively with other departments: The Analyst will collaborate with other departments within Aetna, such as utilization management and claims, to ensure seamless delivery of services to members.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude: The Analyst will maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, while working with members, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
