Job Description
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
Change and wash bed linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust all rooms.
Handle and properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
Follow specific cleaning checklists and guidelines to ensure consistency.
Report any issues or concerns to management promptly.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for guest privacy.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and handle cleaning supplies.
Reliable iPhone or Android smartphone with a functioning camera.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a short-term rental or hospitality setting.
Experience working with Airbnb or similar short-term rental platforms.
