Job Description
About the position
Virtual Radiologic is seeking a dedicated and skilled radiologist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in the subspecialty of Musculoskeletal Imaging, providing flexibility to accommodate various lifestyle needs. Our innovative approach allows radiologists to read images from the comfort of their homes, eliminating non-clinical tasks and distractions that often accompany traditional roles. With over 20 years of experience in perfecting remote reading, we ensure that our radiologists can focus solely on their clinical responsibilities. The role includes a steady stream of diverse, primarily advanced imaging cases, allowing for a fulfilling and engaging work experience. Radiologists will benefit from a supportive environment where there is no need to clear worklists; once your shift is over, you can log off without any lingering tasks. We prioritize a politics-free workplace, meaning no cherry-picking of cases, committee meetings, or administrative obligations. Our flexible scheduling options include 7-on 7-off and 7-on 14-off rotations, with both day and night shifts available. This flexibility is ideal for those looking to balance work with family commitments, ease into retirement, or simply enjoy more time off.
