I received my High School Equivalency Diploma in 1998. I studied General Studies, as well as Building Trades.
**Educational Background:** - **Associates in Theology (In Progress)**: Successfully completed 75% of coursework towards an Associate's Degree in Theology.
In the state of Indiana it is required to obtain licensing through the Coroner's Association, and to complete continuing education every 2 years to keep a valid credential.
Work & Experience
I am currently serving as a missionary with the ALJC, where I oversee the operations of 85 churches across Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, and Fiji. My responsibilities include managing banking and clerical tasks, handling data entry, and coordinating all governmental paperwork for new church establishments and incorporations in each country.
I managed data entry for eligibility assessments for state benefits in Indiana. My role included conducting interviews both over the phone and in person to determine eligibility for programs such as SNAP, TANF, HIP, Medicaid, and Medicare Supplemental. After completing the interviews, I entered and reviewed all data to ensure accurate eligibility determinations.
In my previous role as a Sales and Customer Service Representative for Xfinity services, I was responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at providing exceptional service and support to customers. - Sold Xfinity internet, phone, television, and home security services to a diverse customer base. - Provided comprehensive troubleshooting and installation support for all Xfinity services. - Assisted customers in selecting the right services to meet their needs and resolving any issues they encountered. - Maintained up-to-date knowledge of all Xfinity products and services. - Ensured a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
I have authored one book entitled, "The Road to PNG". The book has reached over 1,000 sales in over 5 countries.
