About the position

The Store Service Associate at Comcast is responsible for supporting the store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This role involves maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service, particularly in relation to Xfinity products and services. The associate will assist customers with non-sales transactions and support the onboarding of new mobile customers, ensuring they are well-informed about the technology and services offered.

Responsibilities
? Provide strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services.

? Scan the sales floor to ensure cleanliness and accessibility of counters, devices, accessories, and walkways.
,
? Greet customers and connect them to sales consultants for sales opportunities in a timely manner.
,
? Demonstrate company technology to new customers to ensure they understand the basics of Xfinity services.
,
? Perform non-sales customer service transactions, including equipment returns and swaps.
,
? Serve as an in-store expert for Xfinity Mobile support, providing post-sales support for device data transfers and phone number ports.

? Assist with onboarding Xfinity Mobile customers, including account setup and data transfer.
,
? Check and inspect the back of the store for clean and secure inventory placement.
,
? Assist with receiving inventory and stocking the back of house to store standards.
,
? Conduct weekly cycle counts and suggest improvements to the store count process.
,
? Adjust and adapt to store management priorities while demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
,
? Carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes and maintain regular attendance.

Requirements
? High School Diploma or equivalent required.
,
? 0-2 years of related experience preferred.

? Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.

? Professional integrity and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

? Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team.

? Excellent workplace organization skills.
