Duties
Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
Train, mentor, and schedule front desk staff to maintain high service standards.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Implement hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive work environment.
Monitor front desk performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting and inventory management.
Skills
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills to effectively address guest issues and operational challenges.
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
