Role and Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ situation.
• Educate clients on a range of products and insurance solutions.
• Develop personalized plans tailored to clients’ needs.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.

• Possesses excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

• Insurance license required or willingness to obtain one.
