Position
Architectural Project Manager
As a KAAI Design Professional, you will be working with design and drawing production teams through all phases of client projects. You will be asked to use your experience to bring new approaches to the design process, and help our clients imaging and create what’s possible
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of a project from architectural design, production and coordination of projects through construction administration.
Attend client meetings and site / field visits.
Work closely with architects and designers across the firm and coordinate with clients and consultants to promote collaborative design approaches.
Build, maintain, and grow client and strategic partner relationships through excellent communication and responsive client service
Requires
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school in the US
5+ years of professional experience in the United States
Experience participating in design/production teams through all phases of the design process
Ability to work independently and mentor others
Strong desire to learn and grow
Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture and/or other computer design programs (3D Studio Max, Adobe Suite)

Monday-Thursday 8:30am-6pm
Friday 8:30am-4pm
