Description:
Analyzes, defines and documents complex business requirements and processes
Assists with design and review existing or new functionality/configuration
Understands project plan scope and details
Manages multiple, parallel projects/tasks
Provides guidance and thought leadership for client needs
Monitors progress of tasks against plan
Establishes and maintains client relationships
Suggests improvements and proactively addresses issues
Demonstrates knowledge relating to Workday functional area
Completes assigned tasks within timelines
May provide guidance to other team members
Requirements:
3 to 5 plus years previous experience implementing and/or configuring Workday Payroll
Prior experience may include PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business, Ultipro or other SaaS software solutions
Workday deployment and/or post-production experience required
Previous consulting experience preferred
Strong facilitation/presentation skills
Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations
Ability to be effectively engaged on multiple projects
Time management and organizational skills required
Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision
Strong work ethics
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Proficient to advanced MS Excel skills
