Job Description

Description:
• Provide technical support to users of the company’s software applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Document and track application issues
• Work with the development team to resolve issues and improve the applications
• Provide training to users on the company’s software applications
• Stay up-to-date on the latest software updates and releases
• Monitor the performance of the company’s software applications
• Identify and recommend improvements to the company’s software applications

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in application support
• Strong understanding of software development principles
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to understand and document technical requirements and software relationships in an organized manner
