Job Description
Description:
Provide technical support to users of the company’s software applications
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Document and track application issues
Work with the development team to resolve issues and improve the applications
Provide training to users on the company’s software applications
Stay up-to-date on the latest software updates and releases
Monitor the performance of the company’s software applications
Identify and recommend improvements to the company’s software applications
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in application support
Strong understanding of software development principles
Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to understand and document technical requirements and software relationships in an organized manner
