 Managing the hospital’s website which includes producing the design and production for the  Website, product graphics, social media graphics and banners, and bulk SMS. While some projects may require directing external resources, the role is expected to be hands-on.  Managing the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.  Creating, contributing, and maintaining an updated documentation.  Managing and create digital design work, such as banner sizing and versioning.  Invoicing and capturing claims of various patients with respect to the various group accounts.  Front office management including answering calls and booking appointments.  Performing any other duties assigned.

 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks  Taking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help setup systems or resolve issues  Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults  providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports  Supporting the roll-out of new applications  Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues  Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs  Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)  Establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
